How to Use

2. If the hot compress is too hot, wrap it in a towel and check it on your forearm each time to ensure it's not excessively hot.

3. Apply the compress for 15-20 minutes at a time. Avoid applying it for too long.

4. If it's too hot, place the compress on the skin and lift it quickly to avoid overheating. If the compress starts to warm up, you can leave it on the skin for longer.

5. If you don't have a steamer, dip it in water and microwave it.


How to store

Let them dry first, then place them in a bag, seal it tightly, and refrigerate. Before using again, always check for mold or a foul odor. Use until the fragrance is gone.

Warning

1. In patients with diabetes and paralysis, sensation is often slower than in others. Care must be taken to ensure the area is not too hot to avoid burns.
