สาเหตุ
เกิดจากความผิดปกติของการถ่ายทอดทางกรรมพันธุ์ทำให้ร่างกายเกิดปฏิกิริยาต่อสากก่อภูมิเเพ้ เช่น ละอองเกส ฝุ่น หญ้า วัชพืช ขนสัตว์ ทำให้มีการหลั่งสารเคมีออกมาเกิดเป็นอาการเเพ้ อาการจาม คัดจมูก น้ำมูกไหล

อาการ
มีอาการหวัด คัดจมูก จามบ่อย น้ำมูกสีใส มักมีอาการคันคอ คันตา น้ำตาไหล แสบคอ ไอแห้ง ร่วมด้วย อาการมักกำเริบนอากาสเย็น

การรักษา
1.หลีกเลี่ยงสิ่งที่คาดว่าเป็นสารก่อภูมิเเพ้
2.หากมีอาการเพียงเล็กน้อยไม่จำเป็นต้องทานยา สามารถดมยาดมหรือยาหม่องบรรเทาอาการได้
หากมีน้ำมูกไหลมาก จามบ่อย ไอจนน่ารำคาญ สามารถทานยาเเก้เเพ้ได้

Allergic rhinitis

Causes
Caused by abnormal genetic inheritance causing the body to react to allergens such as pollen, dust, grass, weeds, animal hair, causing the release of chemicals, resulting in allergic symptoms, sneezing, stuffy nose, runny nose.

Symptoms
Have cold symptoms, stuffy nose, frequent sneezing, clear mucus, often with itchy throat, itchy eyes, watery eyes, sore throat, dry cough. Symptoms often worsen in cold weather.

Treatment
1. Avoid things that are suspected to be allergens.
2. If symptoms are only mild, there is no need to take medicine. You can inhale smelling or herb balm to relieve symptoms. If there is a lot of runny nose, frequent sneezing, or annoying coughing, you can take antihistamines.
